We are the firm that deals with the quality grades of API 5L grade X70, X42, X52 and many other standards of API 5L series, which is made from quality raw materials and other general materials to design and produce these following Pipe grades.
API 5L X70 is a high carbon version pipe grade that has good corrosive properties in several atmospheres. API 5L x70, which has solid chemical properties, contains carbon up to 0.22-0.28 per cent, manganese up to 1-1.2 per cent, phosphorus up to 0.03 per cent, sulphur, nickel, chromium, and copper in precise amounts. The PSL grades with A25, A and B, X43, X46, X56, X60, X65, and X80 shall have their specific tensile strength and be used following the different conditions. On the other hand, PSL 2 grade B, X43, X46, X56, X60, X65, X70, etc., are also available.
During Bend tests, no cracks should occur in any portion of the pipe, along with no opening in the form of the weld. The specification, such as wall thickness, is specified as 6.4-38.1 mm. The tube shall adjust the diameter measured with a mechanical calliper with contact pins having a round cross-section of 6.4 mm diameter and length that range up to 0.03 m, measuring the outer face couplings.
Bhawal Steel Agency chooses the inspection that performs according to ASTM standards, or equivalent includes electromagnetic, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant. API 5L X70 covers seamless and welded pipes to oil and gas industries, chemical industries, petrochemical industries, heat exchangers, and so on.
