SS 304 buttweld fittings are known for corrosion resistance against pitting and crevice corrosion. It has a tensile strength of 75 ksi that ensures high efficiency even in high stress and temperature environments. ASTM ss 304 elbow is resistant to atmospheric corrosion and serves high corrosion resistance and general resistance as well and is used across sealing pipe ends, and prevents dust to the internal fluids. ASME ss 304 reducers are also demanded across textile industries because of their weldability and flexibility. We also have ss 304 equal tees manufactured with threaded ends that act as the junction and connect pipes and tubes without welding. Besides these, we also have SS 304 cross and SS 304 stub ends, SS 304 reducers, SS 304 end pipe cape, etc. SS 304 buttweld fittings are also available in different angles such as ASTM A403 WP304 SS 45 degree elbow, ASTM A403 WP304 SS 90 degree elbow, ASTM A403 WP304 SS 180 degree elbow, ASTM A403 WP304 SS concentric reducer, etc.
SS 304 buttweld fitting has a carbon minimum of 0.08% carbon, manganese less than 2%, silicon up to 0.75%, chromium up to 20%, and nickel 11% to maintain material properties. SS 304 finds many applications, including industrial sectors, chemical processing, etc.
