Inconel 600 Butt weld Fittings, UNS N06600 Pipe Fittings, Alloy 600 Reducer, ASTM B366 Inconel 600 Pipe 2.4816 Buttweld Elbow in all standards and grades
Bhawal Steel Agency is an Inconel 600 buttweld fittings manufacturer and distributor locally and globally. Inconel 600 is available in different types, sizes, and threads. We are producing fittings based on national and international standards and norms. You can contact us to know more about the products.
Inconel 600 has more nickel content, which allows it to maintain significant resistance under reducing circumstances while also making it resistant to various organic and inorganic chemicals.
Inconel 600 Pipe Fittings have excellent mechanical and chemical properties, high strength, and good weldability throughout a wide temperature range, are resistant to a wide range of corrosive media, are non-magnetic, are virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking, and also have excellent alkaline resistance.
Our Inconel 600 Pipe Fittings have been offered in various types like Inconel 600 elbow, Inconel 600 equal tee, Inconel 600 unequal tee, Inconel 600 reducing tee, Inconel 600 equal cross, Inconel 600 unequal cross, eccentric reducer, concentric reducer, long stub end, short stub end, pipe bend, etc. Typical techniques can be used to cold-form and hot-form Inconel Alloy 600. The hot working temperature spans from 1600 to 2250 degrees Celsius, while temperatures below 1600 degrees Celsius might generate undesirable characteristics due to ductility variations at lower temperatures. Shielded metal-arc welding, TIG, and MIG are all possibilities for welding Inconel Alloy 600 in any environment.
The service temperature of nickel 600 alloy is established from cryogenic environments to elevated temperature ranges up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. Inconel 600 buttweld fittings are applicable across various applications such as gas and turbine components, paper and pulp industries, aerospace industries, heat-treating equipment, nuclear engineering applications, etc.
